you dont need to get rid of the pleco for a fair bit tbh, i.e months-years

I acutally agree with this, it will take along time before it gets to big for your tank, when it does get too big, just rehome it

Thanks for the great comments and advice. Ya he is not too big yet *Pleco I mean*. I had him for like almost 6 months now and he seems to grow slow. I plan on rehomeing him when he does get too big or become more of a bully by using his size to get food. I have been watching my gold lyretail more and more hoping for fry. I don't want to stress her out and all i have is a plain ol breeding net / box thing. I am hoping for the best and more lyretails. I personally like them, especially her she is real pretty.
