Hello folks

I was wondering, my yellow fin acei always flicks itself out of the surface of the water. Its only that fish that does it, and always on the same place, next to the current of the outflow on the tetra tec filter. Is it just playing? I would have thought the other fish would do it but only this one.

any ideas guys

cheers chish

My Acei Ngara does this also. Unlike most Mbuna, Acei do prefer the upper levels of the aquarium and although i haven't kept many of them - most have displayed this trait. :good:

Cool cheers Ferris, its quite cool to watch :good:

Mine will sometimes jump part way out of the water at feeding time. :hyper: They also like to nibble on my fingers when I'm messing around in the tank.

Cool!!, they feed from my hand as well ( most of the others do too), they are the least shy of the others though
