Just Bought 2 New Lightbulbs.

Just bought two 30watt flu bulbs from Pets@Home. and now my tank has a green look to it.??? other bulbs came with tank when i bought it. And there was no greeny colour.Oh and one of my old bulbs smashed in the car arghhhhhhhh. glass everywhere (even in my hair) lolOf for a VALET 2moro me thinks OooopsSorry everyone!!!!!! Don't the light tubes have dangerous chemicals in them? Did you see what colour temperature the old and new tubes were? Also was it the Pets@Home next to PC World? I was in there last week and the fish stock didn't seem too healthy The Kirkcaldy shop seems much better, or even come over to Dunfermline for the dobbies

Are all P@H next to PC Worlds? Is the same here in Lincoln (England).

As to the light bulbs what did you buy to make it look greeny?

Arcadia Freshwater Lamps are a nice daylight colour from P@H. Original Tropical are a more pinky colour (unnatural) IMO

We have two Pets at Home, ne is indeed near a PC world and isn't too bad. The other is much smaller and totally avoidable.
