Hi , I have been looking at a second smaller tank for ages now,
Originally wanted Arcadia Arc 35l but still had to find heater, stand and suitable filter. :grr:

Really like the Aqua One tanks, again glass top and nice lighting, very stylish. :good:

I eventually settled for a FISH-BOX 48ltr, I liked the 60 but I couldn't even horseshoe it in, :sad:

so I bought tank, stand, 2kg bag of Pewter Sand and a background, went for blue this time, got black on the main tank,,,,,,,
Dying to set it up but I'm off work tomorrow so will do it then, probably won't sleep tonight , :lol:

Now I wonder what to put in it?

Hi, yeah it was a tough call last night, no good at makng decisions lol
Would like to add Altolamprologus Compressiceps Shell but not sure about tank size etc
Have seen some nice nano tanks and I like shrimps as well so going to take my time with this one :good:

Big spanner in the works, built up the tank stand, unpacked tank etc, I washed the bag of sna dI bought and it really clouded yp the basin, very dirty, I pu it in the tank, didn't notice till it was in, IT'S NOT PEWTER, it's just natural coloureed snad, says pewter on the bag, different bag, doesn't say roman gravel , now labelled as pets at home, aaaagggghhhh, :grr:

gave them a phone, was the last bag, don't really want to lift all that wet sand out and take it back , lol......so natural sand it is then.

STEP 2 ... about to dig in to external filter and pinch some media!!!
Was thinking if it's natural sand I could alway sprinkle a few pieces if large coral gravel over the top, do you think this would help up the pH ? It's aragonite ? :unsure:
