Hi, I just wanted to ask a couple of quick questions ,

Can Guppies be housed in cold water fish tanks (room temperature)?

And, how many white cloud mountain minnows and guppies (if coldwater) can be housed in a 10 gallon fish tank, i was thinking 6 WCMM and 2 guppies? If anything else could be housed, i would like some ideas on some small bottom feeding fish for the cold water enviroment. Thanks in advance.

Yes guppies are good to around 14C before you get a dramatic loss of numbers with only the strongest surviving down to 5C for short periods. Its not advised to keep them permanently at that temperature though so try and find a warm area of the house.

Guppies should be in a larger group then 2, Perhaps 4 WCMMs and 4 guppy males or endler males + African dwarf frogs, Cherry or Amano shrimp colony with 1 apple snail or 3 nerite snails (limited by tank size).
