Hi i just planted both of these in my tank about 5 days ago by attaching them to rocks as i was directed to do, anyway, do you leave the thread on it permanently or do you remove it,

If it is cotton thread it will dissolve by the time the plants are well rooted. If it is nylon or fishing line you will need to cut it off in like two months.
