Java And Marimo Moss Preparation

I'm waiting on some Java moss and Marimo moss balls to be delivered. As I've not previously bought plants via the internet, and I'm assuming they will be delivered dry, what if any preparation will the plants need before they are ready to be added to my tank?

They should be delivered damp....

What i would do is rinse them out in a cup of your tank water then throw that water away, then you should be able to put it right in.
