Japanese Fish Tank Designer?

Hi, i was wondering if anyone could help me, i am looking for a specific japanese fish tank designer who makes these excellent fish tanks. i saw him on you tube once with this huge tank with these big angels. but i have forgotten his name. can some one help me?
