have you experienced anything like that seff? the cupboards are full of antihistimine lol, im allergic to quite a few things

This is why best practice says you should wear gloves in the tank. Truth be known though, I rarely bother. It was possibly a smaller bristleworm They can hurt a bit though if you are stung by one...

waiting for the nitrite to peak now, i double check all stats on cards, with my mum, as im red-green colour blind

Good news on Ammonia, may well be 0 tommorrow.

Nitrite should be quick to start increasing.
At the same stage I had

ammonia 0.5
nitrite 2,0
Nitrate 20

similar results, your ammonia lower, my nitrite higher.

If you have alot of allergies it may be an idea for you to use the gloves.
Are you ok with latex?? you wore latex gloves the other day, quite a common allergy or sensitivity. I myself am sensitive to latex, my skin splits on contact.

yeah shes rather happy now, shes showing a lot of interest, she said she would like a nemo i said okay, as long as it isnt called nemo!
pump is silent, all i can hear is a trickle from the juwel pump.

killed 5 aips using lemon juice and a high salinity solution, aiptaisia X is on order.

the gloves i used were latex free, im going for my 3rd skin test this year next week, this time theyre testing animals and food

Animals will react if you already have others.

I am guessing dust is one of them
Dogs, cats, sheep wool and bird feathers common.
peanuts, shell fish, some spices and some dairy also common.

I had to have them as a kid, about your age too. I too have allergies to dust and the animals I listed luckily no food.

Glad you are using latex free.

Nice to see your mum taking an interest, although mum does not live with me, she drives me to lfs, she has been taking an interest too, she would like blue fish though!

I am unsure to be honest, I know I am having a wrasse in there, Flasher.

I have a little less volume than you so I did not choose a 5th fish, I am waiting until the wrasse has been in for a little while maybe longer and then I will make a decision based on the water stats. I do at least have the refugium now, a little extra volume and more stability.

I am addicted to corals badly at the moment aswell. When I go into the lfs, I walk straight past the fish and head to the corals. I then look at the fish whilst my corals are being bagged. I have wondered what type of fish I would go for if I got another, but that is as far as the wondering got.

I need to check compatibilities and it needs to be able to handle itself, if I do get another. If mum is feeling better after the chemo next week I will order my flasher wrasse, will probably end up with another coral aswell.

PS I had asthma as a baby and throughout childhood. I can get away with short or wire haired dogs. Labradors and G. Retrievers kill me, eyes streaming, itching and sneezing same with cats.

i spotted a few foraminiferans last night, theyre quite pretty.

and the giant feather duster was trying some live rock last night a little piece that has come loose. i dont know if my sister is shaking my leg but she says she saw a crab i hope shes lying
