i recently bought 4 jack dempseys, 2 of them paired up and killed the other 2. i was told this was because they wanted to breed but they have showed no signs of it. would someone be able to tell me if i do have a male and female or not?
The black one is female and speckled one is male. They killed the other two cause they're a pair, and pairs are more aggressive than singles, breeding mode or not.
Theyre only about 2 1/2 inches long, are they still too young to breed?
