Price-gouging is something that tends to greeted with a negative response. Add to that the grab-bag blunder, and the water parameters controversy and, well, I'm not sure I know why you'd be surprised by negative feedback.
I hear you. And I will still use Dan but cautiously. But we would not be putting him down if he didn’t initiate worrisome posts. Also people post reviews after their fish arrive and or make it through quarantine. There is a wow factor because Dan packages each fish individually. The effects on water GH take much longer to observe. No one posts one year after receiving a shipment. Hard to prove cause and effect at that point.
