is it okay to put coconut caves in when the conditioner is taking out the rest of the bleach (because my fish dyed of dropsy and this person told me to wash it out with bleach so i did.)

I don't understand. Are you asking of it's ok to bleach the coconut caves? Or possibly adding them after you add the double dose of water conditioner?

In either case you should be ok. It might be worth investing in a chlorine test kit to make double sure, but you should be fine as long as you triple rinse and allow them to dry, and add the water conditioner as you refill the tank.
