Apparently Bettas like the drop in atmospheric pressure that occurs when a storm is rolling in, it seems to get them wanting to spawn. Many many breeders have seen this, so there must be something to it. So that's what Kelly means by the rain is good.

Eggs have hatched They began falling about 4 AM this morning.

He's so crazy, he has a massive bubble nest and in the very center is a ring of fry

I'm a night prowler & thanks! These are my babies, babies Well,half way,but still...it's really cool! Every spawn I've ever done has been with sibling parents, no surprises as to what comes out of it.

So far all is well, there are literally bookoos of fry.. I told my daughter I could afford for him to eat a few if he chooses I know,that's horrible! I'm only kidding.

He seems really into it. He's moved them over and over. Puts them on the plants,then scatters them single file all along the walls ( ),very cute. He caught me lookng a few times but I don't think it bothered him too much
