This is fantastic! In the early 2000's I was active on a different fish forum (fishInThe.net) (I feel like it's ok to mention since it's defunct now), and ive always been curious if there even exist any remaining folks in the fish crowd who even know that the place existed haha.

In a lot of ways it feels like only yesterday but I know it's not. It's certainly difficult to catch up with people who you only know by username. Social media has definitely killed off forums. Having 20-30 odd people in chat each evening wasn't uncommon back then.

Maybe it's the rapture...
