Its Been A Long Time Since I Had A Betta!

So I was at walmart the other day, and of course I always go look at the fish, I seen this Betta in a cup, barley any water and it was the last of two left, Its been about 4 yrs since Mr. Blue past away and I decided its time for another one. I know walmart is bad, and this poor guy looked very unhappy. His color wasn't very nice or anything. So after a few days of meds and such, he went from light blue red to this!!!
He is currently living with my BN plec (Hermy)
This is George!! ( hes to pretty to be named George so if you have a good name in mind let me know!!)

Im really digging Zues! I called him that last night and he swam up to the top to greet me, So I think he likes Zues too!! I miss having bettas, Mr. Blue was an awsome fish, I had him a long time, and he ended up with anchor worms, It was really terrible!! I buried him out side by my lilac tree, he has a little memorial too. Thats the only fish I ever cry over, RIP Mr. Blue! Then I had a red HM male, and his name was Frank, It fit his personality great LOL. But some how, my dog got him??? My dog would drink the water out of the bowl and, Im not sure if he drank him up of went snorkling to catch him. It was very strange??

Last night I actually put my guppys back in the tank with him, and he never tryed to fight or go after them, its funny he actually hangs out with them. I never thought a betta would get along with guppies but he does.

ive kept guppies with most of my bettas an never had any aggression issues. they are also TERRIBLE at fry population control. they get too lazy

Hes a good looking fish for walmart!! He has settle in nicely, and is doing great, hangs out with hermy most of the time?? Strange but funny. Dont seem to be sick, But he was the last one before the next shipment, So I guess if he can live through all that hes pretty strong!!
