Is This The Right Position For My Internal Filter?

this is a pic of my aquaball 2200 filter, just wondered wether i have it positioned right? should the outlet be above or below (as i have it) the surface of the water??

I think the way you have it is fine, the aquaball is an internal filter .

well its up to you if you wish you could move the filter so the outlet is at or above the surface. this will do more you oxygenation than a tank of air stones. but how you have it is fine.
