Is This Over Stocked?

I have a jebo 140L tank and my current stocking is:

2 bolivian butterfly rams
2 german blue rams
4 gold barbs
9 neon tetras
1 three spot gourami
1 Bn pleco

Is this over my tanks limit? It looks ok but i need a second opinion

Around the limit, I'd say. ~45 inches of fish throwing rough estimates in, and 37 gallon tank. With good filtration, you could possibly go slightly more provided it's sufficiently mature (by the looks of it the top might be a bit empty), but it's a good final stock, too.

How's the water stats? Really, water stats and fish behavior/health give a better sign of stocked/overstocked than counting inches. It's possible to overstock without breaking any rules, and it's possible to break every rule without overstocking.

Has it got places for the fish to hide plants (real i use) rocks, driftwood?
Alos check for white spot and what so ever disease. After all Lots of fish better chance of getting germs.
