Is this normal?

A couple days ago, my molly had 20 babies. This morning, I woke up to find that 18 babies had died and my molly died also...they were in seperate tanks. Is it normal for 18 fry to die in a couple hours? They all looked normal. I dont think they really ate any of the food flakes I crushed up for them....Why did my molly die all of a sudden? Was something wrong while she was having the babies? Im really sad.

About a year ago when my molly had fry, she died and only four of the fry survived. The fry slowly started to die over time. I felt a bit like you. Not sure why this happens?

Thanks for your help...my last 2 babies have died I dont think they were eating and they starved (?).
