Is This Light Any Good?

Hello.

I was looking in to lighting as I don't find mine to be brilliant. I have a 9W PL light for my AquaNano 30. Would this be any good?

It's not bad, so long as your after low light it will be fine.

Oh right I'm looking for more of a hight light. Do you know of any reasonable priced ones? :L

Is 2 x 11w PL considered high or low light in a 40L? I find lighting a bit confusing.

Also, 18w PL light in a 55L?
