Is This Intestinal Worms?

Knew this had to happen eventually. No surprise that it's a guppy (that came from the local shop, no less).

Brought six female guppies home on the 30th of April, which are currently sat in my quarantine tank. Noticed that one had stringy, white poop hanging out of it. Assuming it's worms, but I'd like to make sure. It was swimming quite frantically, whereas the others were relatively calm (hence the blurry photos). What do you think?

I got into an argument with someone who had a betta and a 2 plecos in a 2 gallon; and was feeding his betta bloodworms full time. it ended by him telling me he hopes all my fish rot u B*tch. just to sum it up?
