Is This Ich?

Recently my platy have been having babies and the male platy has been chasing other fish around the aquarium. I was wondering if my clown loach might have been bitten and contracted ich? Is this the start of ich on the tail?

I see no evidence of ich on that clown loach. Ich looks like grains of salt imbedded on the skin surface, not a general light color of the skin. Please post your picture in the Tropical Emergencies section. People there are far better at disease diagnosis than I am.

Dose not look likre ICH to me, maybe a bit like fungus, but cant really tell from the picture.

ICH really dose look like grains of sugar on the fish.
