Is This Filter Right? Spraying Out Againts Glass

My sister got her new tank it's a juwel rio 125 litre. The filter sprays out towards the front of the glass creating loads of fine bubbles across half of the front of the glass. Is that right?

There reason there's hundreds of bubbles is because there is an unnecessary venturi attachment on the outlet pipe, if you remove that you get rid of the bubbles...position the outlet how you like, just ensure the tank gets good circulation.

oh right what should she do? She said she turned it upwards and water started spilling out the back of the tank.

If I remember rightly the outlet pipe comes in two parts, you can remove one of them to direct the flow along the tank, or remove them both, it really doesn't matter where it's aiming as long as the tank gets good water circulation.

She will notice that the pump will run much quieter without the venturi.
