Is This Enough Filtration For A 45 Gallon Tank?

is like an internal sponge filter and an aquaclear 110 sized powerfilter be enough for my 45 gallon?

or i can have a mrineland emperor 400 biowheel and AC 110 in a4ft 45 gallon having 2 parrot cichlids,2 silver dollars,5 zebra danios and a BN pleco? i can also include a sponge filter and weekly 80 per cent WC's if necessary
