Um.....i don't see an oscar listed in your profile, and your post doesn't include much information. However, the minimum tank size for ONE oscar is 75 US gal.

Well the website 'designer' appears to be colourblind, that's one of the most horrible sites I've seen in a while. Illegible purple text ALL IN UPPERCASE.

And they can't spell either... but I digress...

Yes. That tank is far, far too small.

Did any of you read any of the other "articles" written on that site? Thank goodness for forums to post on. That was horrible. Follow that advice and you'll end up at a forum pretty quick asking for help.
