Is This A Good 4Ft Tank? Should I Buy It? Anyone Want The Fish?

One of my friends is selling his 4ft tank with stand, filter, heater and fish for 140£

That seems so cheap.

I have room for it, but would i be able to manage 2 tanks?

Only had my Roma 90 for 2/3 months but i really enjoy looking after it.]


What do you think?
Will i regret buying it?

Buy it!!!! Bigger tanks are always better! Not that much more to look after 2 just bit more time!

1 red fish
1 large plec and 3 medium
Catfish
and 2 he does not know name of


I will put pics up, can you tell me if the filter is good etc


I was plannign on giving the fish away and restocking with what i want

What are the fish that look like hotdogs? some sort of eel?

I'd get the tank; that's a very good deal considering you're geting the stand and filter as well.

You'll definitely want to re-home the bala shark (the silver one with the black on it's fins) if you, can as they grow quite big and really need to be in a shoal. The plec might have to go too; it looks like one of the larger species to me.

The 'eel' looking fish are weather loach Misgurnis anguillicaudatis; they're really a coldwater fish although they can cope with warmer temperatures for a while.

silver one is a bala shark, he looks a lovely size but too big for the tank!!!

Def is a good deal though!

Those 'hot dog' fish (haha) look pretty scary lol

Looks a little dated to me, offer him £80 and rehome all the fish. Move all your fish from the 90L to that one then sell me your 90L for £20 and you can deliver it to me also. While you are here you can mop my floors and have a hoover. Ta!

sometimes your lfs will take them or other people with tanks. Some fish are harded to rehome as noone wants them though

I've never had an external filter, the one in the picture, is it a good one? Are they easy to maintain?

I just think he can deliver it, and for the price it would be a crime not to. Would you agree?
