Is this a anubius gigantea?

I just got in the mail this anubius plant I bought online and I was wondering if it is actually anubius gigantea because the company had a picture on its page and it looked different than what I received.what y'all think

Plants you buy online are usually small starter types and not the big full grown ones the seller shows in their pictures . Only time will tell .

Based on the sshape of the leaf we can see clearly, I would say there is a decent chance tthe plant is gigantea. However, in all fairness, I must also admit I could be wrong.

Honestly, from this photo it doesn’t really look like a mature Anubias gigantea yet. Gigantea usually has much longer, narrower leaves and a more elongated growth habit even when young. This looks more like a smaller barteri-type anubias or possibly a juvenile plant that hasn’t developed its adult leaf shape yet. A lot of sellers use stock photos of fully grown emersed specimens, so what arrives can look completely different at first. I’d still grow it out for a few months before judging too hard, because anubias can change leaf shape quite a bit once established underwater.
