Is There Something Wrong With My Betta?

I'd put money on the fin damage/clamped fins being due to nippy tetras.... lots of money.

from the provided pictures, there doesn't really appear to be any finrot or disease.

If you mean does clamped fins cause discoloration..........it does to a degree. It makes the fins appear duller, almost matt.

That and because the betta has clamped fins, it is very likely that there is a problem (be it the water quality, disease, stress). Bettas will fade in color given these conditions.
