My LFS only has Dwarf Gourami's and Honey Dwarf Gourami's. I want to get a Honey Gourami as they are less aggressive, If I get the Dwarf Honey Gourami, will it be a normal honey gourami with a different name, or will it be more aggresive?

Those are the same fish. Due to its size it is also called Dwarf. Only be aware Red Honeys are in fact. T.labiosa ( thicklipped) instead of T.chuna (honey)

A lot of shops use the name dwarf honey gourami - or honey dwarf - when the fish is not a dwarf gourami of any variety.

If the fish are a mix of golden tan (male) and beige (female) gouramis, those are natural coloured honeys. If they are all yellow, those are the yellow variant of honey.

Blue or blue/red striped or red with a turquoise-blue top fin are dwarf gouramis.

Red 'honeys' (the T. labiosa mentioned by DoubleDutch) don't have the blue-ish top fin.
