Is The Biube 100% Acrylic? Including The Base?

As above, just making sure as i wanna do some modifications to the base and add some bulkheads. Need to make sure its not a glass base.

Do you know if the base is raised from the surface its placed on? It sits on a plastic ring, does this lift it up? or just sit around the perimeter

if i remember rightly it is raised a few mm due to the plastic ring, i would say the thickness of the base/ ring is around 3mm

ive seen people add bulk heads to biorbs before. just drill them
