Are you referring to the fish on the left? If so, I'm pretty sure it is male. The other one looks like it may be a female but doesn't look very pregnant if at all.

i did have a male and a female blue or thought i did but just had a closer inspection and they both look like males to me too now oops thanks for pointing that out

The one on the right may be a female, I couldn't really see the anal fin in the pic. She/he appears to have a gravid spot. here's a good chart for sexing:
