Some females can have beards lol, Daxia has one. Only way to REALLY tell is to keep her in sight of a male and see if she'll release dem eggys. I dont think males can release Eggs lol, so if that happens I think she's a female. I WANT PICS! >=O

Well, Pretty is in Fugly's sight, and nothing yet. Infact, they flare at each other instead and then Pretty backs down. Then Fugly goes off and does a "I'm the #1 betta" dance.

Finally, got some very bad video.



Why is it that they flare constantly when the iPhone is not ready, but as soon as you want to take a video, they flare at the most inconvenient place or not at all? Why? LOLOL

Hard to tell, but I'd say female most likely. She got attitude though, lmao.

I also think female. Even though the vid is a little dark you can still manage to see its gill plates very well. If it were a male, the beard would extend beyond the sides as well as the "bottom".
I will say she is pretty feisty. A brighter pic/vid showing her profile so we can take a look at the fins and proportions. But, if i had to hazard a guess, shes a girl.
