Is my tank overstocked?

I do 50 percent at least weekly, so that's what I would recommend

how many more of each fish should I get?

I'd say probably 5 red eyes, 3 cherries and 6 Corydoras... do you have a sand substrate?

right now I have a smooth gravel but I'm changing to sand asap

Yes! That's what I would do at least, it'll be a pretty full tank, but doable
