Hi everyone!

I just bought some mollies yesterday and saw that one of them has a bigger belly than normal. Can anyone help me? I'll try to add photos of it as soon as possible. Thanks!:D

You can assume that all female livebearers are pregnant all the time; they are very prolific. They can also store sperm for around six months, so can even get pregnant with no male present!

Really? But thanks anyway.

Yes, it's true :) But if you can post some pics of yours, we can give you a definitive answer.

And I forgot to say :hi: to the forum!

Actually, all the female mollies have big bellies :X

lol, yep, they're very likely all pregnant

Welcome to the forum mightyhn.
Please have a look at my thread on determining a molly's state. I have a link to it inn my signature area called My Molly's Progress.

Can anyone tell me how long is she gonna be from the next drop?

She's starting to look quite square, so probably about a week (although it is hard to be exact).

My guess would be more like 2 days but it is hard to tell with a poorly focused picture.
Here is your picture BTW.

Lovely Molly, I would agree with old man, she is very close and a lovely squared off shape, she will not be long, although Mollies can be a #29### for holding on to their fry a little longer than expected, no more than a week is what I would guess at.
