Is My Purple Emperor Sick Or Pregnant Help!

i have 2 purple emperor tetras in my tank 1 of which over the past wee while has got massive and the other tetra chasing it about the tank like mad its as if shes pregnant but not sure could be constipated, ive also notice around the botom of her and to the right i can see quite clearly a pinky red round thing could it be eggs or something else ive took her out of my tank and put her in a breedder tank with the male purp emp to see if i get any eggs overnight

any help would be good
