Is My Filter Okay For Guppy Fry?

I just got new guppies about 2 weeks ago and I've read that the females give birth to many guppy fry quickly and I was wondering if my filter is "fry safe" or if I have to wrap a sponge around the filter so the fry won't get sucked up the tank. Picture of my filter below!

you could also try a clean sock or a ladies stocking if you don't have a sponge handy I've cut the end off an old pair of tights in the past and used that to stop fry getting sucked in and it can be used to reduce the flow aswell if it's a bit too powerful

Where on earth does the filter media go in that filter?! I can't see any place for any?
