Is It To Good To Be True

Now the 6x2x2 tank at my up market lfs is AU$2800 with cabinet and hood, While there is a slightly shady factory in the industrial area that makes fish tanks and they are selling a 6x2x2 for AU$900 with cabinet and hood. would it be of much less quality and not even hold the weight for is it just a great find?

Not sure what $900 auzzie dollars are worth in £. Have a good look at the cabinet, if it looks really cheap be wary. You could strenthen the cabinet with some supporting wood. 2k is alot to save and money that can be spent on equipment and fish.

could be that they just are able to supply cheaper due to less overheads etc, definately doesnt mean its inferior quality, tho at the same time it could be so have your wits about you when you look at one

multiply by 0.456654317 to get £'s. so A$900 is £411, roughly
