I feed crushed flake to any endler babies that wash up on my doorstep. But that is because they live in my main tank and their diet is beefed up by all the leftovers and algae floating around in there. If you are raising the fry in a fry tank, there are many commercially available fry foods that are convenient to feed.

I think I would start by using finely crushed flake food but try to find some microworms or hatch some brine shrimp to supplement it. The newly hatched brine shrimp are among the best first foods for newborn livebearers. Microworms work great on some of the egg layers but are small as a food for even the tiny fry from Heterandria formosa.
