Currently I have 11 tanks totaling 215 gallons all with live plants that grow well even with no C02. In my 15 gallon tank are the ember tetras, emerald dwarf rasboras, and emerald eye rasboras. In a 20 L are my neon tetras, glowlight tetras, and a few male endlers. Another 20 L has white clouds and one meaner than heck high fin leopard danio. This summer I got some platies, gold lyretail mollies, balloon mollies, and calico lyretail mollies---each kind in their own tank, all doing well, and starting to have fry. My fish are even more important to me during this pandemic since I spend most of my time at home.
Years ago, when my son shared the hobby with me, we had an archer fish, a black ghost knife that tripled in size and ate raw chicken breast, a dojo that ate tubifex from our fingers, among others.
I've kept fish for 40+ years and can't imagine life without them.
