Internal Parasite?

Here is a pic of my bloated guppy.

Can anyone tell if this is a parasite coming out of my fish? It looks quite light in colour. Or is he just constipated? It's been there since yesterday evening.

I can't see anything, but he looks old. Do you have any idea how old he is?  
Maybe fast the tank for a day (don't feed) then do a round of food, and some peas later that day or the next day.

There's a small white-ish poop coming out underneath him. I've had him for 5 months, bought him at my nearest Pets at Home so not sure how old he is. What makes you say he looks old?

Just that his back is somewhat bent.  But it can also be from the weight of his tail.  I would take him out and give him internal parasite medicine. I would also put medicine in your tank. I don't really know a medicine that works though.....
