I have an issue with tiny drugstore beetles.
I think they probably arrived in a bag of cat biscuits. I don't have any dried goods in original paper bags - they all go in air-tight lock&lock containers.

I have a product that does work on these critters called Kybosh (it's an aerosol). My problem is the fish tanks. I don't want to kill off my fish by using this product.
I have tanks in the living room, bedroom and office. Only the kitchen and bathroom don't have tanks! Oddly, enough that's the two rooms where I see significantly less of the little critters. It is not even remotely possible to move all tanks to one room.

Is there a way I can protect the tanks and let loose with the Kybosh? Or is there a product I could use that would be safe to use with the tanks in situ?
I've 2 kitties as well but I can shut them out of individual rooms without too much trouble.

I'm wondering if heavy towels laid over the lids of the tanks would be enough to protect them? Obviously, I would turn off the air pumps.
All tanks have tight(ish) fitting lids - holes cut for filter pipe work.
