Inches To Mm Or Mm To Inches

I am thinking about buying some diamond tipped hole saws from china (on ebay and they are really cheap). However I do not know the size I need. I am attempting to cut a
1 3/4 " hole and a 1 1/2" hole and I am unsure of what size diamond head hole saw to get in mm.
