In Need Of A Good Thermometer

Hi, can anyone recommend me a good thermometer not mega expensive though as i need 4 but a good accurate reliable one no more than say a tenner im not really after a digital one the types with a probe but would have one if there accurate?.

Digital thermometers are useless unless you can afford the proper kit, stick with an alcohol glass stick on thermometer, they're more accurate than the digital ones available at hobby level.

mind you, if you want "proper kit", i can let you have a Fluke unit for £50. all you would need to do is have it calibrated (£50) and that's every year!
I have two, very, expensive units. and i never use them. coz, a spirit unit, does, just, as well.
