clown loaches are knowen to survive 1 day out of water,when i had mine he jumped out and i found him in a fruit bowl

Just a thought: I understand that Clown Loaches are very prone to whitespot/ich when they are stressed. Could be worth keeping an eye out for this, and making sure that you've got some medicine handy, just in case...

Thanks for the advice. I have been concerned about them coming down with ick or something. So I did a water change the day it happened and a water change last night. I’m keeping the tank super clean. Plus I have some UV sterilizers on hand that I will be hooking up to the tank (I’m cleaning them right now). I hate using meds so hopefully what I’m doing now will be enough.
