The first picture looks like a female at last 2 weeks before her next fry drop. The other two do nothing to change that impression.
Try something that may work for you as it does for me. Back away from the tank a bit and get a good focus on your female while not shooting straight into the glass. Once you have done that, make a backup copy and open the picture with a decent photo editing program. I use MS Office Picture Manager, but there are lots of them out there that you can download. Next up you crop the picture that is probably showing all kinds of stuff you don't want in the picture. Once it is showing only what you want, you adjust the lighting and contrast to improve the picture to almost look like real life. Finally you change the "size" to be x number of pixels in each direction. I usually cut the file down to only 800 pixels in the largest dimension. The end result is an in focus picture, remember that is where we started, that only shows the subject and is plenty clear enough for internet usage. My files start out around 5 or 6 megabytes and end up at less than 1 megabyte before I load them to my photobucket location.
