Yeah eheims are a really good make of filter and that one looks pretty nice for your tank 
Not too familiar with them though I use a Fluval FX5 but if that filter has a heater in it that will be really nice as you will have very little hardware in your tank which makes it more natural I really want an external heater at some point....
