I'm Guessing Ich?

Well I checked my fish tank this morning to find my pregnant molly with a BIG white bump on her upper lip...
my guess is its ich but i've never seen or experienced this before.
it's more 3-dimensional than flat for sure
it's basically a bump.
i was gonna start some ich+salt treatments today but i'm not sure if it is in fact ich and if my 30 three week old fry can handle all the chemicals..
so how would you diagnose it?

Maybe wait for a reply on the fry side of things but ...........

Had my first bout of ich a while back, looked like a grain or grains of salt, a giveaway too is if the fish try to scratch/rub etc against objects or tank

I treated for ich with newly birthed black mollies they were days old and all survived (being livebearers i guess they cope better with treatments but maybe someone knows better)

Ohh with the stuff i used i followed up accordingly 7 days later even though the salt like extrusions had gone
