Im Excited!

So after much delaying, i have a video of them. I have been very busy for the past couple weeks. Work, school, homecoming, youthgroup, homework ect. It requires some time. But here is the video!

I also have a quick video of the young firemouth that originally came with the breeding pair. He has sure grown!

I hope you guys enjoy!

Talk about growing, they are really gaining in size. It's almost ridiculous how big and how many there are:

Just click on the image and it will play. If anyone in or near the Peoria area is looking for Firemouth's, just let me know.

Very impressive, love the pics and video, :good:

Anyone? I have seen plenty of firemouth topics on here, so it's not like it's an uncommon fish that no one has ever bred.

The term "firemouth" is from the flaring of the red gills, as far as I know they can do this quite early on but need antagonising first!

There are probably 50 or so in the tank, so they can antagonize themselves all they want. I plan on line breeding these guys, and I am hoping to see who looks the best, but I just didn't know if they have a time period in which they get their red coloring.
