Illness

Hi i posted b4 here about an illness that my goldfish has. I was just waiting on photos for a better diagnosis, so here we go hopefully this works.
Its not a gr8 pic but you can see the red on the start of his tail. Any suggestions

A fancy goldfish I had used to get red in her white tail if she became stressed.

This happened during:
an illness,
a water change,
another fish bullying her,
or dirty water,
or if she was removed into the cleaning tank.
