Ill Koi Angelfish?

Hello peeps.
I Have an Koi Angelfish that has what looks like a pink lump on the outside on the underside right near the poo pipe. Seems to be swimming ok and don't seem to be suffering and still feeding ok. Is it giving birth or very ill. Sorry cant upload any pics as computer not behaving tonight. does anyone have any pics of something similar. Over the last couple of hours the lump seems to of got a little bigger. Maybe its trying to get rid of something I don't know . Sorry for the lack of information and any help appreciated.

It sounds like either the fish's breeding tube, or a prolapse, but we can't be sure without a pic, I'm afraid.

Woke up  this morning and thinking I was going to see a dead Koi Angel but was surprised to see the pink lump had gone.
Don't know what its was but definatly not there now.
