If You Could Stock This Tank Any Way You Wanted, What Would You Put In

35 gallon....dimensions are 24" long, 16" deep and 21" tall.....what would you put in it for complete stocking? also....how would you design the tank....sand/gravel? would it be a planted tank...if so what kind of plants?

Coral sand thin layer topped by aquarium sand either black or white, Tufa rock or slate caves, small amount of Vallis or Java Fern, Escargot shells, 4 Neolamprologus Mulitifasciatus. OR
about a dozen Lemon Tetras ,a pair of apistos, some sand , Cabomba , a small piece of bogwood.
